TAKE A HERO'S TOUR ON THE "HISTORIC HANTS LOOP"
Take the "Historic Hants Loop". When taking the "Loop" from Metro, take Highway 102 to Shubenacadie (30 minutes). In Shubenacadie, take Highway 215 along the scenic Hants Coast Line--home of the world's largest tides. The "Loop" takes you through Maitland, Walton, Windsor and Hantsport. When you arrive in Hantsport, take Highway 101 back to Metro (30 minutes). The "Loop" is a two hour trip plus stopping time and makes an excellent Sunday afternoon excursion.
